All reservations for our facility are accepted via advance credit card payment through our website. We recommend cashless payment for additional charges such as beverages within the facility.

Attention /Rules

  • Please remove your shoes before entering the facility, and use the footwear provided on the wooden deck.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • As the accommodation is surrounded by nature, you may encounter dangerous wild creatures (deer, centipedes, bees, etc.). If you encounter wildlife around the facilities, please do not provoke them and contact our staff.
  • For your safety, please refrain from using the sauna after consuming alcohol.
  • For safety reasons, hydrogen capsules may only be used in the presence of a manager. (8 AM – 6 PM)
  • To avoid disturbing our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
  • For fire safety reasons, bringing in items for grilling such as fire tables, barbecue grills, and stoves is prohibited.
  • Please cooperate by separating your garbage into three categories: burnable waste, PET bottles, and cans/bottles.
  • For safety reasons, use of the barbecue is allowed only until 9 PM. Please ensure that clean-up is completed by 9:30 PM.
  • Please take care of the fire after using the barbecue or cooking. Please turn off the main gas valve after use.
  • To avoid attracting wildlife, please promptly dispose of leftover food into burnable waste containers and do not leave any food unattended.
  • Apart from complimentary disposable amenities such as combs, cotton pads, cotton swabs, amenity sets, and welcome drinks, you may not bring any of the facility’s equipment or supplies home with you.
  • The facility is not responsible for any accidents or injury caused by natural disasters, carelessness of the user, or failure to follow the terms and conditions of the accommodation agreement.
  • The facility is not responsible for any damage, theft, or accident involving the user’s vehicle or personal belongings.

Can I bring my pet?
A

We apologize, but pets are not allowed at our facility. Please consider using a pet hotel in Shinonsen Town or Tottori City.

What should I do in case of an emergency or sudden illness at night?
A

In case of an emergency during the night, please call the facility manager at (Contact: 080-3058-2030). For sudden illness or unexpected accidents, please call 119 (emergency call) directly.

Yes, we provide free parking.

Do you provide preparation and cleanup for barbecue or breakfast?
A

We provide only food for meals at our facility. Meals are self-prepared by our guests. We have a spacious kitchen and a fully-equipped barbecue space for our guests to enjoy cooking and preparing meals on their own.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, you can bring your own food, alcohol, and beverages without extra charge . The facility also has a wine cellar stocked with the captain’s recommended selections. You can pay for drinks from the wine cellar at checkout (Cashless payments such as credit card, PayPay, iD, QUICPay, transportation e-money are preferred, but cash is also accepted).

Do you offer Pick-up service?
A

We offer a free pick-up service and will come to Hamasaka station or Tottori Airport to pick you up. If you would like pick-up service, please contact us in reservation form on the web.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please smoke in the designated smoking area outside the building.

Can I use Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility, and SSID/password for Wi-Fi will be provided upon check-in.

A

Guests may use the sauna and gym at their leisure from check-in to check-out.
Hydrogen capsules: For safety reasons, hydrogen capsules can only be used while the facility manager is on duty (9 AM- 6 PM).

One restroom is available in the sauna/gym/hydrogen capsule area, one in each of the two bedrooms, and one next to the living room. All are equipped with Western-style toilets including a bidet.
