Enjoy barbecue ingredients carefully chosen from local produce in Moroyose by our captain. You can savor the three major culinary treasures of Shinonsen Town, including fresh seafood such as snow crab (matsuba crab), Tajima beef, and Tajima chicken. These special barbecue ingredients are carefully selected by our captain, Nakamura, and are available as optional orders.

The Tajima beef option comes from the renowned local brand “Tajima Beef Hamada Main Store (Yumura Onsen Branch),” the seafood option is sourced from the local fish market “Uno Fish Market,” and the Tajima chicken hors d’oeuvres option is specially ordered from “Fresh Food Uraki & Kazemachi Port Smokehouse,” a popular food store in Moroyose.

In the summer season, you can enjoy barbecue , while in the winter season, you can delight in Japanese-style hot pot dishes (Japanese Nabe) such as snow crab (matsuba crab) and Tajima beef shabu-shabu.
